Infrared Acupressure

This Jade table combines infrared heat and acupressure to gently stretch and flex your spine, all while relaxing muscles and detoxifying the body.

If you have muscular tension and prefer deep tissue massages, this is the device for you!  

Targeted Infrared

Targeted Infrared therapy is a non-invasive session that utilizes near-infrared and far-infrared light. Both spectrums have been shown to help alleviate inflammatory pain, enhance metabolism and cellular function, decrease high blood pressure, and allow a system-wide detox of the body.

If you have chronic pain, inflammation, or an acute injury, this session may help you manage and decrease your pain.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body.

As both a preventative and remedial technique, lymphatic work can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Medical Massage

Medical Massage is an outcome-based massage, utilizing specific treatments focused on your health needs and goals. A medical massage therapist will focus care and treatment based on individual needs and current medical conditions. Care may include the use of other therapies as deemed necessary.

Medical Massage may help with acute injuries and chronic structural conditions.

Modern Cupping

Modern Cupping consists of a trained therapist placing specialized cups on your skin for an individualized time frame. This suction is thought to trigger the body's self-healing process, boosting circulation, lymphatic flow and expelling toxins.

Modern Cupping therapy is used for many purposes, including help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and overall well-being.

Salt Room-Halotherapy

Our Salt Room-Halotherapy consists of powder-fine pharmaceutical-grade salt which is aerosolized into our tranquil room. The granules can enter both the skin pores and/or the respiratory tract allowing the body to utilize the product as it needs. 

If you have allergies, anxiety, inflammation, insomnia, lung conditions, or skin conditions, this Salt Room is for you!

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing physical and mental stress. It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. This therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

If you are battling through a physical or emotional journey and would like support this maybe a helpful tool for your journey.

Myofascial Therapy

Myofascial Therapy is a form of soft tissue work intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. This allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

If you are experiencing on-going pain and have tried other therapies with no success, this option maybe the missing link for you.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body.

Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Service Policies

• When scheduling an appointment, please understand the Practitioner's time is valuable and that canceling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in an outstanding balance, valued at the same price as the scheduled session.

• All Packages must be paid in full and expire 12 months from the purchase date. Packages can be shared among friends and/or family.

• New Clients will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form and sign pertinent Agreements prior to their first appointment for each type of service. 

• Existing Clients may occasionally be asked to review/update their Client Intake information.

• Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

• As of January 1, 2023, Kentucky State Law requires the application of a 6% Sales Tax for all services as well as products.  This tax applies to cash, checks or credit card payments.

• As of October 1, 2023, processing fees for credit cards have increased again. Please pay by check or cash if at all possible.
